with bra on and done up at the front of you

loosen the straps between 5-10cm (to where comfortable) and make a loop

hook the middle arm of the 'brabuddy' in towards you with the loop

weave the straps through the outer arms

repeat on the other side

put arms through straps as normal

**applied correctly the 'brabuddy' bra clips won't show under clothes**
